Staff are starting to spend a little more time in the office, so if you call us on the phone, you may well get to speak to someone. However, as government guidance still indicates working from home is preferable where possible, the office will remain mostly closed. If you need to get hold of a member of staff, please email them. If you don’t know their email address, emails can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org and will be passed along.
We have been hard at work trying to make the centre a safe space for groups to meet again. New equipment has been purchased and installed, including hand sanitising stations, and a temperature gun, and we have new guidelines all groups are required to agree to before meeting again. You can see some of the changes in the photos below.
While we now feel we can welcome back our peer support groups, albeit with attendees limited to a maximum of ten people (less where government guidelines require it), not all groups want to return to in-person meetings at this point in time. If you are looking to join (or re-join) a group, it is recommended you contact group leaders or Equity staff to find out the current situation.
