Taster class via Zoom – Wed 3rd Feb 1-2pm
This class will introduce you to the benefits of yoga. You will learn simple practices to promote physical and emotional balance, release stress and create greater awareness.
Chair Yoga blends modified yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditation. This is a great class for people who have difficulty standing or sitting on the floor and wheelchair users.
