Our consultancy services offer tailored inclusivity and diversity training for organisations across the statutory, voluntary, and private sectors. Core Training Modules
Equity Partnership offers a range of specialised training modules based on extensive professional knowledge and tailored to address LGBTQ+ inclusivity. Sessions are available for organisations of all types and are ideal for groups of up to 20 participants, providing a private and engaging setting for discussion.
Half-Day Module
(3 hours)
- Introduction to LGBTQ+ identities and community history
- Identifying and addressing homophobia, biphobia, and transphobia
- Understanding normativity and unconscious bias
- Recognising the impact of bias on LGBTQ+ individuals
Full-Day Module
(6 hours)
- Includes all topics from the half-day module, plus:
- Analysing workplace practices for inclusivity
- Applying knowledge of unconscious bias in daily work
- Developing actionable steps to improve inclusivity in the workplace
