These sessions will run in the Equity Offices, 82 Grattan Road, on Tuesday afternoons and evenings in May:

15th May – 1-3pm
22 May – 6-8pm
29th May – 1-3pm
Workshop sessions which are designed to increase your understanding of the mind and body link in order to improve your physical wellbeing. Each session will include how to deal with negative emotions, self-awareness exercises and self-help techniques for relaxation, meditation and mindfulness.
